We are pruning, with a time far more wolves from pruning because the fog is the host. Someone has already started to bottle the wine of the vintage 2010 (several wineries to tell the truth is a bit 'to do ... sigh!) While we await right time, who for Prosecco is not before the holy week of Easter as the old have always done (and if they did so for sure there is a reason) for the 2010 Raboso it comes well after Easter.
This year there will be new: the new "children" format 0.750, but I will not reveal anything more until the right moment.
